Welcome to the Kitchen at Doubleview Bowls Club, where our talented Chef Glenn combines his passion for fresh ingredients with his diverse culinary background to create a delightful local bistro experience. He delivers delightful dishes with a rich background in culinary cooking, offering a beautiful blend of Mediterranean, European, and Taiwanese flavours. Glenn has over 20 years of experience coming from Michelin Star Restaurants in Ireland and pop-ups around France.

His journey of cultivating treasured cultures has landed him in Western Australia. While in Perth, he ran the kitchen at the well-known Al Fornetto and then dived into his own business in 2025.
